We are consistently working on expanding the Larada line with different features. Any concrete information on upcoming models will be shared exclusively via this website, our social media channels, & newsletter.

We are not accepting pre-orders or deposits at this time. All finished guitars will be listed as they are completed and will be available for immediate purchase & shipping.

We are not offering a custom shop at this time. All available guitars will be listed on this website and our social media channels. 

Your satisfaction with Abasi Concepts products and service is very important to us. We have a 48-hour money back return policy, minus shipping cost and any import/customs fees paid by the buyer. If you are not satisfied, please e-mail us within 48-hours of receipt to arrange the details of your return. All returns must be in new condition.

Returns that have signs of wear (dings, dents, scratches) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If damage is excessive, we may refuse refund and customer is responsible for shipping charges to get the instrument shipped back to them. Please allow a minimum of 5-10 business days from the time we receive your return for your refund to process.

All Abasi Concepts instruments are backed by a Limited 2 year Warranty. This warranty applies to the original owner only, and is not transferable under any circumstances. Please note that our Limited 2 year Warranty is only valid in the country/territory/duchy from which your NEW guitar/bass/product/instrument was purchased.

Your new Abasi Concepts instrument is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, if used under normal operating conditions, subject to the limitations described below. This warranty is not transferable under any circumstances, and applies to the original owner only, provided the product is purchased as NEW from Abasi Concepts, LLC. Please retain your original sales receipt as proof of purchase. If you need to file a warranty claim in the future, you can send in your receipt at that time.

This warranty does NOT cover the following:

Any instrument that was not purchased from Abasi Concepts.

Any instrument that has been modified or customized after shipment from Abasi Concepts.

Any instrument that has been serviced by unauthorized persons. Any instrument whose serial number is missing or has been altered in any way.

Any instrument that has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accident.

Any instrument that has been subjected to extreme humidity or temperature conditions. Normal wear and tear on any serviceable part of the instrument, including electronic controls and switches, jacks, worn frets, plated surfaces, tuning machines, scratches in pick guards or plastic parts, saddles and nuts; normal paint wear and tear including damages, discoloration, and paint shrinkage of the instrument finish for any reason.

Defects in finishes such as cracks, splitting, or warping of wood due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to sun, fire, moisture, body salts and acids, other chemicals or non-industry approved polishes.

Regular maintenance of the instrument, including string changes, truss rod adjustments, set-up, intonation and action adjustment.

Subjective issues such as tonal characteristics, grade, grain or color of wood or finish, or relative weight.

Freight charges to Abasi Concepts for warranty repairs.

Shipping damages of any kind.

We ship worldwide directly to our customers, with the following exceptions:

Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar and Singapore. Dealer info coming shortly

All customers outside of the United States who order directly from our website are responsible for any VAT/tax/duties/import fees associated with their respective country's customs office.
