Great option for bass!
I bought this compressor for use on my bass pedalboard for a multitude of styles. My expectations were blown out of the water with the amount of control and versatility this pedal as, as well as the actual boosting functions. Each effect is very clear in what it does/expresses, so there is no guess work in how to shape your sound. Works fantastic for guitar and bass.

New favourite and always on!
This pedal is the G.O.A.T. Without it everything now sounds lifeless and dull. With the pedal engaged you can have that "clean lead" sound that has so much character. The transients are just heavenly articulate and can have so much steel/glass (if you want to). There is a bit of a noisefloor but it is well worth the trade-off. I just love it!
